Our goal: Teach the children about the nutritional benefits of eating fruits and
vegetables so that they can make their own healthy food choices.
The Key Messages of the Program:
· Pick local fruits and vegetables - Eat locally!
· Pick a variety of colourful fruits and vegetables
· Enjoy eating 5 to 10 servings of fruits and vegetables every day
· Wash hands before eating
· Wash fruits and vegetables before eating
