Student Directory. A handy list of phone numbers and e-mail addresses to help parents contact each other about homework, school and after-school activities. Participation in the directory is voluntary. Participating parents will receive a copy (PDF file) of the directory by e-mail. For safety, the student directory is not posted on-line. Sign up below. Notices by e-mail. Parents can receive PAC email notices by e-mail. We aim to send only 1 to 2 e-mails per month. Email Notices - Frequently Asked Questions
1.
Do I have to receive email notices? No, participation is voluntary.
2.
Can I un-subscribe from email notices at any time? Yes, you can un-subscribe at any time. Check the bottom of the email notices for instructions to un-subscribe. Or email your request to the Webmaster. Include the email address(es) you wish removed from the distribution list.
3.
Why do I have to sign-up for e-notices each year? It's easier to start the list fresh at the beginning of each year rather than try editing an existing list. Also a fresh list will have your current contact info.
4.
Who will have access to the email list? Only the PAC executive can send messages to the email list. Parents or outsiders cannot send messages via the email list.
5.
Will my email address remain private? Yes, your email address remains private and it will not be visible in the distribution list.
6.
How can I respond to something in an email notice? If you want to direct your  response to the PAC Executive, email the PAC Executive or contact a PAC Executive member directly. See the contact info on the PAC page or contact the Principal directly (Sperling office tel: 604-664-8836).

How can I submit something to be included in the next email notice? Email your request to the PAC Executive.
Student Directory - Freqently Asked Questions
1.
Who will receive a copy of the student directory? If you participate in the student directory, you will receive a copy of the student directory (PDF file) by email.
2.
What will be in the student directory? The student directory will list the contact information for other participating parents including phone number, email address, parent's first names, childs first name and initial of last name. Parents can decide how much information to submit.
3.
Who else other than participating parents in my the student directory will receive a copy of the directory? No one. We will not share the contact information with anyone outside of participating parents.
4.
What if I made a mistake or need to change my submission? Send another on-line submission. At the bottom of the on-line form, check the button "This submission is a correction" and briefly describe the correction. We will use your latest submission and delete any earlier submission (this assumes your most recent submission is correct).
5.
I need a special request. When submitting your contact information, add any special requests in the "special requests" box.
6.
Will updates to the student directory be issued? It depends on how many changes we receive. If there are many changes, the PAC will issue new editions.
7.
Why do I have to submit information each year for the Student Directory? Yes, it is far easier to work with fresh data than to try and manually edit existing data. We will ask parents to submit information for the student directory at the beginning of each school year.
8.
If the Student Directory has been sent out, should I submit anyways? Yes, if we receive enough new submissions or corrections, we will issue another edition.
9.
Do I need to enter the information for each child in the Student Directory?  Yes, it helps the person entered the directory tremendously.
